These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Feedbackplatform.

Feedbackplatform is an independent reputation management and customer feedback platform. Any trademarks, logos, or brand names appearing within the Services remain the property of their respective owners.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share credentials, create false accounts, or allow unauthorized access.
Feedbackplatform plans are annual subscriptions billed in advance. By starting a paid plan, you authorize Feedbackplatform and its payment provider to charge the applicable annual fee when you subscribe and automatically on each yearly renewal date until the subscription is cancelled.
The price, currency, included domains, and plan features shown at checkout form part of your subscription. Renewal charges use the then-current annual price. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material price changes where required by law.
You may cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise required by law. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law or an expressly stated refund policy applies. Failed renewal payments may place the subscription in a past-due state and may result in suspension after the paid period ends.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Feedbackplatform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, store, and use such content solely to provide the Services.
Feedbackplatform does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, completeness, or availability of review data, ratings, scores, analytics, or reputation indicators. All information is provided on an “as available” basis.
Feedbackplatform does not represent, partner with, or act on behalf of any review platform, search engine, social media platform, directory, marketplace, or business listing service unless explicitly stated in writing.
Feedbackplatform does not intentionally scrape websites, domains, or third-party platforms unless explicitly authorized by the owner or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Scraping, crawling, harvesting, indexing, data extraction, screen scraping, automated collection, or reproduction of any part of Feedbackplatform is strictly prohibited.
Feedbackplatform may block access, suspend accounts, restrict IP addresses, and pursue legal remedies against unauthorized scraping.
Feedbackplatform widgets may only be used by customers with an active and valid account. You may not use, copy, modify, self-host, redistribute, or remove branding from widgets unless expressly authorized.
Upon account termination, all widget usage rights immediately cease.
All rights, title, and interest in the Services remain owned by Feedbackplatform, including software, designs, databases, widgets, branding, documentation, source code, and platform content.
Feedbackplatform does not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with third-party systems. Services may be changed, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedbackplatform disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedbackplatform shall not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, business interruption, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or punitive damages.
Feedbackplatform’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid by the user during the preceding twelve months or €100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Feedbackplatform and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights.
Feedbackplatform may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for suspected abuse, fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms. No refunds are required following termination for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in The Netherlands.
Feedbackplatform may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
